Bruce has over 30 years of experience in painting and construction in the Fairbanks area. As our primary Exterior Painting Project Manager, from estimating all the way to job execution, he makes sure the job is done right, every time. He also plays a vital role in ensuring our painting teams receive ongoing training and professional development, encouraging others to do more, be more and to exceed their own expectations.
Raelynn Radway - CEO/CFO
With an extensive background in finance and business management, Raelynn handles the administrative responsibilities to include scheduling, invoicing, strategic planning and all things financial. She’s the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients and the person who coordinates every stage of work to ensure ongoing communication, clarity and adherence to and company standards. .
Matt Herzberg - Interior Project Manager
Matt has been a part of MSP since before MSP had an official name. He is an experienced, knowledgeable, and accomplished painter. He is our Interior Painting Project Manager, from estimating through job completion. He enjoys cabinet refinishing and various other specialties. He’s the kind of man you instinctively know is trustworthy and has been instrumental in creating the reputation of integrity that our company enjoys. Matt steps into the role of COO during the winter months.
Sarah Herzberg - Office & Marketing Manager
Sarah brings her creativity in marketing and business to MSP through brand management; graphic design and so much more. She helps ensure that our vision and values are shared both internally and externally. She has a real heart and enthusiasm for the job. Through our photo gallery and testimonials, Sarah connects our past clients to our prospective clients so they know what to expect before making first contact with us.
Nick Herzberg - Team Foreman
Nick, has been an integral part of our family business for the past 15 years. A born leader, he has an acute eye for detail and a knack for seeing what needs to be done. He is a fantastic painter who leads his team with humor and enthusiasm. Nick is an elementary school teacher in the winter, but joins us each summer as a Team Foreman for our exterior painting season. Ask any of our homeowners who’ve had Nick leading their project and they’ll tell you what a fantastic experience it was.
